EXPERIENCE:
I retired from law enforcement with over 23 years experience in March 2004 with the last 15 years as a motorcycle officer on the traffic enforcement and major collision investigations unit. I have had over 700 hours of collision investigation training. I have investigated approximately 150 fatal or life threatening collisions, and 5000 property damage collisions in that time. I have testified and prosecuted traffic violations in the Salem Municipal Court and have testified as an expert witness in Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Linn and Multnomah County Circuit Courts on incidents involving vehicular assaults and vehicular homicides.
